Return Policy

  • To arrange any returns, you may email customer service at .
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
  • Returned items are to be shipped at the customer expense 
  • Core return parts MUST be in the original BMW packaging to ensure proper credit
  • Parts must be resaleable and in the original BMW packaging.
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Many electronic components or modules require programming by your local dealer - it is the purchaser responsibility to review this process.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • Items coded to your VIN are not returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
  • If a VIN is not provided when placing the order, the part can not be guarateed to fit and will not be returnable.
  • All warranty requirements MUST be handled though your local BMW center ONLY.  BMW product warranty procedure requires the item be tested for failure by an authorized BMW center before replacement - which we cannot do at our facility. 

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
