A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
Returned items are to be shipped at the customer expense
Core return parts MUST be in the original BMW packaging to ensure proper credit
Parts must be resaleable and in the original BMW packaging.
We cannot take back used parts.
We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
Many electronic components or modules require programming by your local dealer - it is the purchaser responsibility to review this process.
Electrical parts are not returnable.
Items coded to your VIN are not returnable.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
If a VIN is not provided when placing the order, the part can not be guarateed to fit and will not be returnable.
All warranty requirements MUST be handled though your local BMW center ONLY. BMW product warranty procedure requires the item be tested for failure by an authorized BMW center before replacement - which we cannot do at our facility.
An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
